Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! I thought I'd take this opportunity to announce some things I plan on posting in the near future.
First off, Probe has been quite an experience for me being my first solo steam release and I'd like to do a sort of post-mortem on the game after I get the final updates pumped out and talk about the mistakes I made in development, improvements made, and overall results of it's release with full transparency on whether or not I'd consider it a success.
I'd like to also talk about my journey in game dev in a bit more depth than I do in my about page on my website and share some tips and advice I've learned first hand and even some valuable second hand knowledge from developers I look up to. Perhaps even some tutorials for things in the engines I use (Clickteam Fusion 2.5 and Unity) if people are interested.
There are still many things I have yet to learn and grow as a indie developer but I would like to share that journey here on the blog as well. Compare and contrast to where I came from and where I am now and where I plan on going in the future. It's an ever changing field that will require constantly learning new things and I'd like to give back to the dev community this way with what I do know and learn.
Most importantly I will also be announcing a NEW game title that I will be working on and my plans for it's development.
